Artists must provide true and accurate personal, professional, and portfolio information. Any falsified data can result in immediate termination of association. - Exclusive Rights
Depending on contract terms, artists may be required to work exclusively with Dolls N Dons Casting Agency for a specified period. - Confidentiality
Artists must not disclose any confidential details regarding projects, scripts, clients, or internal communications to any third party. - No Direct Dealing
All communication and negotiations with clients must be conducted through the agency. Direct dealing with clients without agency involvement is strictly prohibited. - Commission Structure
The agency will deduct a pre-agreed commission percentage from the payment received by the artist through agency-arranged work. - Code of Appearance

I agree to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality, and to always act in the best interest of the agency and its clients.
Agency Rules & Regulations
- Maintain Professional Conduct at all times.
- Be Punctual for all scheduled work, auditions, and meetings.
- Provide Accurate Information regarding your identity and professional background.
- Do Not Engage in Direct Deals with clients introduced through the agency.
- Respect Confidentiality of all work-related material and communication.
- Work Exclusively with the agency if stated in your agreement.
- Follow the Commission Policy set by the agency.
- Keep a Presentable Appearance for all auditions and professional events.
- Avoid Misconduct or Illegal Activity, both on and off set.
- Agency Holds the Right to terminate or suspend representation at any time if rules are violated.
Acknowledgment and Signature
I hereby declare that I have read and understood all the rules and regulations of Dolls N Dons Casting Agency and agree to follow them without exception. I acknowledge that violating any of the terms may lead to my removal from the agency.
